New on-farm trial launched 🐄📊
Yesterday we carried out the first weigh and review on a beef unit we’re working with, following the start of our new trial last week.
Baseline data has now been collected. From day one we are monitoring growth, health and consistency + assessing performance, management and system efficiency on farm.
This trial is carried out in close collaboration with the farmer, ensuring every part of the system contributes to measurable, practical results.

Hi 👋 I’m Sarah!
I have over 20 years experience in running my family owned dairy farm 🥛 before making the move into rearing beef cattle 🐂
Being a farmer myself, I truly understand the everyday challenges farmers face. From the physical workload 💪 to the financial pressures of keeping an operation running smoothly. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other farmers where I can 🤝
I joined the team after being a customer myself, and I’ve seen firsthand the difference our products and advice can make 📈.
The role has allowed me to broaden my knowledge in calf rearing 🐮 and I love being able to share what I’ve learned with others.
Most days, you’ll find me out on the road

🏁 Things Got Slightly Out of Hand 🏁
Anita, Sarah and Lucy, our three calf rearing advisers, briefly decided this week that racing karts would clearly improve farm visits.
Because obviously:
- They’d bounce over potholes.
- Fit down any lane.
- And make us look very important at 12 mph.
For longer than we should admit, we thought we were onto something.
Then Chloe in the office said 🙋🏼♀️
“Right… and how many bags of milk powder are you fitting on that? One? 🤦🏼♀️
So now we’re buying trailers as well?
Because once there’s a trailer behind it,
it’s just a very small tractor.”
That finished it. 🚫
The company vehicles remain. ✅
If three small engines ever buzz down your drive, just put the kettle on, say nothing,
and assume Chloe’s not in and we’ve somehow got hold of the cheque book. 😝
