Are you passionate about calf rearing and enjoy building strong relationships with farmers? We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our growing team as a Calf Rearing Specialist – Sales & Farm Support.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with practical, hands-on calf rearing experience who enjoys working independently while delivering excellent support to customers across North Yorkshire and surround areas.
About the Role
As a Calf Rearing Specialist, you’ll work closely with farmers to provide technical support, advice, and sales assistance. You’ll be responsible for planning your own schedule, visiting farms daily, and helping customers achieve the best possible results from their calf rearing programmes.

The successful candidate will:
* Have practical knowledge and experience in calf rearing.
* Be hardworking, trustworthy, and reliable.
* Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Be confident working independently as well as part of a team.
* Possess basic IT skills.
* Have a good understanding of on-farm practices and be able to communicate effectively with customers.
* Be organised, self-motivated, and able to manage their own diary to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
* Hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
* Be able to provide references.
* Be based within the North Yorkshire region.
